Does not cover a Refurb

Did some research before I bought this with a refurbished Dyson and I'm glad I did. Square Trade will not cover refurbs from Amazon. I called their customer service and they confirmed this.

3 stars given because I do have Square Trade on other items and have never had a problem with them. I just wanted to make others aware of their refurb clause, since Amazon shows refurbs are "commonly bought with" Square Trade Protection Plans.

Extended Warranty Program

This is an extended warranty program. Purchasing was smooth. Have not yet used the service and hope that I don't ever need the service. Sort of hard to give it a review at this point in time.

I have several square trade warranties. Anytime I have had to make a claim, I have been pleasantly surprised with their customer service. They are always less expensive then factory.
